INSTALLING THE OPTIONAL REV BRUSHES (REV SYSTEM)
CAUTION!
Turn the key switch off (O) and remove the key, before changing the brushes, and before opening any access panels.
1 Make sure the Scrub Deck (8b) is in the RAISED position. Make sure the Key Switch (A) is off (O).
2 See Figure 4.5. To install the REV Brushes (JJ) align the Lugs (KK) on the brush with the clearance holes on the Pad Driver Assembly
(EE) as shown. Turn the Brush Screw (LL) clockwise until tight and in a locked position. NOTE: Hand tighten only! Damage to the retaining
fastener may result if mechanical means for tightening are used.
3 See Detail 4.5. To remove the REV Brushes (JJ), squeeze in on the tabs of the Brush Screw (LL) to unlock keeping pressure on the tabs
while turning the screw counter clockwise to Loosen until the brushes can be removed.
NOTE: The Brush Screw (LL) is designed to stay locked in place when operating the REV Scrub System.
