4.6. Cleaning and caring for the appliance

• Sensitive surfaces on the rotary plate. Avoid contact with
acidic foodstuffs. The rotary plate could be damaged.
• Poor appliance hygiene can lead to damage to the surfaces,
which in turn can reduce the lifespan of the appliance and even
lead to dangerous situations.
• Clean the appliance regularly and remove food residues.
• Observe the instructions for cleaning the appliance when
cleaning the door seals, the interior cooking space and the
neighbouring parts, see "10. Cleaning and care" on page 183.
