WARNING! If a patient is let alone for a short time, it is necessary to place the chair in the lowest
position with respect to the walking floor, in order to reduce risk of damage in case of fall
To avoid shock hazard, do not connect or disconnect the power plug with wet hands.
Do not use the chair barefoot.
The chair has been designed and constructed so as to reduce as much as possible the necessary maintenance
and ensure proper functioning over the years without any problems. During any intervention on the chair, it
is recommended to follow the instructions given in this section.
WARNING! All interventions on the chair must be carried out by competent and trained personnel
on the methods to operate correctly and safety.
Do not make any action on the chair if it is moving, and always check that the power connection
plug is disconnected; bring the power plug next to you during the execution of the intervention on
the chair so you can check at any time the effective sectioning.

9.1. General Checks

Constantly check the general condition of the chair: the integrity of the protections, the electrical equipment
and the condition of the pads.
WARNING! Do not use the chair if any component is not perfectly running.
In this case, put the chair out of service by disconnecting the power plug immediately and contact
an Authorized Service Centre.
WARNING! Do not modify this chair without authorization of the manufacturer. If this chair is modi-
fied, appropriate inspection and testing must be conducted to ensure its continued safe use.

9.2. Extraordinary Maintenance

Any extraordinary maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel of the technical service Brusaferri
& C. or Service Centre authorized by the manufacturer.

For a correct and quickly resolution of the problem, it is necessary to communicate the model and the serial
number of the chair and the description of the defect, or what are the visible problems, and under what
condition it occurs.
The broken chair, if under warranty, must be sent to the Service Centre together with the certificate of
guarantee, transport charges must be paid by the purchaser.
WARNING! Any form of warranty expires if interventions are carried out on the chair by
someone not authorized by Brusaferri & C.

9.3. Authorized Personnel

Repairs and maintenance of the chair can be carried out exclusively by competent personnel, from Brusaferri
