The housing made of noncombustible materials must still have at least one of the side walls
above the appliance open. Noncombustible housing does not exempt the customer to keep the
minimum distances to combustible materials behind the non-combustible walls as per the ta-
bles above! Non- combustible housing cannot be bolted to the combustible wall directly if the
minimum required distances to the combustible materials would not be matched.
Each gas garden fireplace, regardless of the version that was finally selected, must be installed in a
bore made to size as shown in the table below. The minimum dimension of the insulation / table top
made of non-combustible materials according to the diagram above is 150 mm from the outer edge
of the fireplace frame.

PLEASE NOTE:
When the appliance is installed it has to be insulated up to minimum 100 mm on each side even it
is non-combustible table / countertop just to prevent the heat transfer into the table / countertop.
The minimum recommended safety distance is 200 mm from the edge of the outer insulation made
for the burner. It is a distance that should be kept so that the possibility of contact with fire by persons
requiring care is hindered. It should also be remembered that this dimension does not guarantee the
safety of avoiding burns of nearby people if they do not comply with the instructions. It is the user's
responsibility to secure the place where the gas garden fireplace will be installed against unauthorized
contact with the fire / appliance of children, the elderly, inform and all other persons requiring special
care.
The minimum safety distance above the gas table burner is 1500 mm. It means that installation of the
appliance at a distance shorter than mentioned to combustible materials is forbidden. This can be in-
stalled in the non-combustible housing only even if the distance will be shorter but still, it has to match
this requirement when applies to the combustible materials behind the non-combustible housing.
Even when the housing distances to combustible materials are in line with above requirements, this is
still forbidden to install the housing with the appliance in the area that will not comply with the amply
ventilated area requirements.
