SETTING THE MACHINE TO MANUAL/AUTOMATIC USE
To set the machine to manual use, proceed as described below:
Before connecting the plug to power supply, press and hold on pump switch (1);
Connect the plug to power supply;
Wait for at least 5 seconds, green LED will light on to show successful completing of operation;
Release the switch.
To set the machine to automatic use, proceed as described below:
Before connecting the plug to power supply, press and hold on welding switch (2);
Connect the plug to power supply;
Wait for at least 5 seconds, red LED will light on to show successful completing of operation;
Release the switch.
(This setting will last when unplugging the machine, until a new programming operation will
be made).
WELDING TIME SETTING
Proceed as described below to change welding time (these operations are to be made while
the machine is plugged in):
press and hold on welding switch (2);
wait at least for 5 seconds to enter programming mode (red LED will light on);
press and release pump switch (1) as many times as the number of time/power units you
want to set for welding operation (every press/release operation will add 1 time/power unit
and will show a green LED flash)
release both switches (This setting will last when unplugging the machine, until a new
programming operation will be made).
IMPORTANT: we suggest not to set welding time over 15 time/power units.
SUGGESTED TIMES OF WELDING
Bag thickness
95 - 105 mi.
145 - 155 mi.
INFO:
Sealing time could be different using different kind of bags even if thickness is the same; we
suggest to test welding after changing welding time.
IMPORTANT
If the machine is not used for a long period and/or in the case of non-adequate or low
temperatures, it is recommendable, before using the machine, to try it once without using the
bag and keep the machine working in vacuum conditons for some seconds.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
AUTOMATIC USE
1) Put the food which is to be vacuum preserved in a bag of adeguate size, leaving about 5 cm
from the edge of the bag and the food.
2) Lift the cover up (4).
3) Place the open side of vacuum bag in the vacuum chamber (6), between the gaskets (5).
4) Close the cover and press pump switch (1). This will start vacuum operation – green LED
will light on (11) to show vacuum operation is on, red LED (12) will light on for few seconds to
show the user that the machine is operating in automatic mode.
5) As soon as vacuum pump starting, slightly press with both hands the cover so as it sticks
to the surface of the bag. After a few seconds the depression created by the pump will permit
to release the cover, while the machine will keep on suction.
Red LED will light on when food preservation vacuum level is reached, and welding operation
will start few seconds later. Red LED will flash during welding operation and lights off at the end.
