Troubleshooting
How to resolve possible problems
Possible problems affecting the whole machine.
Battery connector disconnected.
The batteries are flat.
Fuse blown
Temparature power board <85
MOSFET temperature > 150
The brush button LED is off.
The LED in the brush button is flashing.
You have not pressed the brush lever.
The motor thermal cutout has tripped; the motor is
overheated.
MOSFET temperature > 150°C
Excessive motor absorption >30 A for 1 second.
The power supply or motor thermal cutout connectors
are disconnected.
The batteries are flat.
The reduction unit is faulty.
The motor is faulty.
The brush or disks are worn.
The detergent button LED is off.
The detergent tank is empty.
The brush motor is off.
The hose delivering the detergent to the brush is blocked.
The tap is dirty or faulty.
The solenoid valve is faulty.
The filter is dirty.

PROBLeM:
Connect the batteries to the machine.
Recharge the batteries.
Replace fuse.
Stop the machine, leave to cool down for 45'

PROBLeM:
Press the brush button
Reduce the pressure of the microfibre on the work surface
Press the brush lever.
Release the brush lever, press the brush button (LED off ), leave
the machine to cool down for at least 45'
Stop the machine, leave to cool down for 45'
Stop the machine and check the motor.
Reconnect the power supply or motor thermal cutout
connectors.
Recharge the batteries.
Have the reduction unit replaced.
Have the motor replaced.

Turn the motor on by operating the brush lever.
Unblock and open the circuit.
Clean or replace the tap by unscrewing the screw.
