Close the protection cover. Check the pressure of the tires (ca 3 bar) and profile
depth.Couple the JMB on and make sure that the shaft is connected firmly.
By pulling the shaft powerful up you can check if the coupling is put on firmly.
Turn the jockey wheel and lock it.
Caution, make sure the jockey wheel is turned into
the driving direction. Please also ensure that the nose
wheel will not touch the brake system / drain tap. Set
the jockey wheel like shown in picture on the left.
Attach the breakaway cable carefully on the towing hook eye it's meant for.
This cable is a safety precaution and is used as an emergency break, when
suddenly the coupling gets loose during driving. Attach the electrical cable for
the lighting, and check it. Unlock the hand brake (if present) and remove the
wheel blocks. The JMB must always be provided with a good readable, official
registration plate, according to the applicable regulations to your country.
The plate must be attached properly on the back and the lighting lights the
complete plate.

STORAGE AT FREEZING TEMPERATURES

Frozen water in the cleaner could damage parts of the cleaner. Remove the
water from the trailer at frost temperatures, turn the jockey wheel of trailer
completely down and open the drain valve in the front of the trailer.

Turn off the cleaner and remove the lance from the spray gun. Drain the
remaining water from the tank through opening the drain valve in front of the
trailer. Add antifreeze (for mobile application, +- 15 litres) to the water supply
tank (loosen the cover of the water tank), to fill with antifreeze.
Put the electrical contact to position 'ON' (fuel engine
not started)! Move the control stick downwards and
simultaneously turn the key switch to position "START".
The antifreeze filling function indicator is now active and appears on the display
for 1.5 minutes (see "Display / failures" on page 23 )! Start the fuel engine
at idle speed! Spray till the antifreeze water flows out of the spray gun (this
indicates that the cleaner is filled with antifreeze) or wait till the antifreeze filling
function time is ended.
Remember:
loosen also the spray gun once, this to fill the bypass line
with antifreeze. 5 seconds after extinguishing of the lamp, the cleaner
will stop on "run dry water". The cleaner is now filled with antifreeze,
turn off the key contact and store the cleaner in a storage area.
Remark:
pay attention to the water supply hose & supply water filter, these
are not filled with antifreeze agent! You can uncouple the supply hose/
water filter and put away the hose/filter frost free. You also can drain the
water from the hose (eg.: by blowing with compressed air) or through the
water filter (by loosening the basket and draining the water from the hose).
Also pay attention to the option filling pump and associated filter: drain
water / extract from the supply line. Afterwards, turn on the filling pump
and fill the supply line with antifreeze (by means of a tank at height). Do
not fill / blow off under pressure or compressed air at any circumstances!

Antifreeze is an additive which may absolutely not been drained/
discharged without permission. You have to collect the outlet
antifreeze water in a reservoir. This is also the case when
you use the cleaner once more, the antifreeze water which
has been left in the cleaner will then flow through. Please do
always take into account the matching security measures.
