The ISO-TECH IIT-2302 Insulation and Continuity Tester has

1.1 This instrument must only be used by competent and
trained persons and in strict accordance with these
instructions. If this instrument is used in a manner not
specified in these instructions, the protection afforded by
the instrument may be impaired.
1.2 This instrument must not be used on live circuits. Ensure
the circuit to be tested is de-energised before connecting
the instrument. Fit safety devices to circuit breakers or
isolators, or remove fuses to prevent re-energising of the
circuit before testing is complete.
