BASIC EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
S | 08: FULL UPPER BODY
Grasp the device as shown and stretch your arms
to the front. You will feel the stretch in your shoul-
der and back.
M | 09: INNER THIGHS
Lay on the floor with the device on the side as
shown. Bend one leg slightly and lay it on the pla-
te. The rest of your body should not touch the de-
vice. Repeat the massage with the other leg.
M | 10: HAMSTRINGS AND BUTT
Lay the rear thighs on the plate as shown.
M | 12: OUTER THIGHS AND BUTT
Lay on the plate as shown - the upper body should
protrude. Change sides.
