We inform the user about the
importance of the recommenda-
tions included in the instruction
manual and that the good obser-
vation of them permits to become
a good working of the device.
Outils WOLF provides a guarantee
for two years from the date of
purchase when the user respect
the indications of the instruction
manual and specially if the fol-
lowing points are respected :
1. the guarantee card has to be
completed by the seller at the
buying time.
2. proper handling and obser-
vance of all information given in
the operating manual.
3. Observance of the prescribed
maintenance intervals.
Fault and defects which can be
traced to material or manufactu-
ring faults recognized by Outils
WOLF, will be rectified exclusively
by our contracted workshops or
in our workshop in the factory
with the presentation of the com-
pleted guarantee card and / or
proof of purchase. The user will
pay cost of carrying of material or
of spare parts.
Repairing of the device or
replacing a defective part dis-
claim Outils WOLF in all other
obligation of guarantee.
Outils WOLF decline all other res-
ponsibility in particular in civil
liability resulting of the use of the
device without respecting the
instructions of the instruction
manual. The user is responsible
for accidents involving other
people or their property.
The guarantee covers all parts

from manufacturing defect. This
guarantee does not extend to
normal wear-and-tear on blades,
blade mounting components or
friction disks, cables and mainte-
nance operations.
The guarantee is annuled if
. an unauthorised alteration of
the design was done.
. replacement parts or accessories
installed are not originals Outils
WOLF.
Outils WOLF reserve itself the
right to decide if the guarantee
terms have been respect by the
user.
This contractual guarantee does
not exclude the legal guarantee
from defect.

HOW TO ENFORCE ONE'S
CLAIM OF GUARANTEE ?
The Outils WOLF guarantee is
applicable only if the following
conditions are strictly respected
:
1. Complete the guarantee card
(date of buying, stamp and
signature of the seller).
2. Please carefully retain the
guarantee card.
3. In case of guarantee
complaints, please present
this card to the workshop
when placing your order to
an authorized Outils WOLF
repair centre (list of official
workshops available by Outils
WOLF – 67165 WISSEMBOURG
CEDEX France).
