same way as the temporary release
condition) by the flashing green LED (ter-
minals 7 and 35), indicating "Unlocked",
at an on/off ratio of approx. 10/1.
„Unlocking with alarm signal" mode
The emergency unlocking function is
activated if e.g.
– The Emergency-Opening switch in the
door terminal 1337-.. has been ope-
rated
– The fire detector loop is tripped.
– Central release is given.
– Central emergency unlocking is given.
– A check-back signal is no longer given
from the locking element with the
system in the "locking" mode.
The power supply to the locking element
is cut out and the visual and acoustic
alarms are set off. The display changes to
"emergency unlocking with alarm" (yellow
and green LEDs).
The acoustic alarm ceases on the expiry
of the preset period input via selector
switch S3. The visual alarm (display and
parallel relays) continues to be operative.
A new alarm signal triggers the acoustic
alarm again if it has already been acknowl-
edged. An inhibiting time of approximately
two seconds occurs between two acoustic
alarms. An alarm signal given during an
acoustic alarm does not re-trigger the
alarm period.
The visual and acoustic alarms can be
acknowledged via the "alarm off" control
input. The system goes into the "con-
tinuous unlocking with fault" mode. In this
condition, the green LED in the door
terminal flashes at an on/off ratio of approx.
1/1 as long as the alarm signal is given.
The actuating alarm is stored until the
system is re-locked. If a stored alarm
occurs repeatedly, no further visual or
acoustic alarm signals are given; only the
green LED flashes.
„Locking with alarm signal" mode
The "locking with alarm" function is
activated if the door check-back contact
signals "door open" or the sabotage
contact in the door terminal is tripped when
the "locked" mode is active.
The locking element continues to be
energized and the door to be electrically
locked. Visual and acoustic alarms are
tripped. The display changes to "locked
with alarm" (red and yellow LEDs).
The acoustic alarm ceases on the expiry
of the preset period input via selector
switch S3. The visual alarm (display and
parallel relays) continues to be operative.
The "unlocking with alarm" function is
initiated in the event of additional alarms
being triggered, e.g. the external fire alarm
system, the fire detector loop, the central
release system, the central emergency
unlocking system or the emergency
unlocking system at the door.
The visual and acoustic alarms are
acknowledged via the "alarm reset" control
input. The system goes into the "con-
tinuously unlocked" mode.
Control input:
"Door terminal sabotage contact"
(Terminal 2/TTL level against GND).
If the door terminal housing is opened, the
sabotage contact in the terminal will trip.
When the control unit identifies this
switching status, an alarm is set off. If the
system was locked when the sabotage
contact was tripped, locking is triggered
with the alarm, i.e. the system continues
to remain locked.

Control input: Reset alarm

(Terminal 3/TTL level against GND)
An O-signal at the input terminal has the
effect of resetting an alarm signal. The
warning hooter ceases and the alarm
display (yellow LED) goes out. If the
actuating alarm signal continues, the
unlocking display (green LED) flashes.
The parallel circuit with the "unlock" control
input via jumper J1 has the effect of
executing the unlocking function when the
