Fire hazard. Flammable sample leaks can cause a fire. Make sure that flammable sample cannot
release into the environment.
Make sure to use hoses, microbore tubes, rigid pipes and connectors that are rated for the maximum
operation pressure of the sample source. To install the hoses and prevent leaks, do these steps.
1. Connect the inlet hose to the inlet port. Refer to
2. Plumb the other end of the inlet hose to the sample source.
3. Tighten the hose fittings to standard specifications.
4. Connect the return hose between the outlet port and the return reservoir or a downstream sample
port.
5. Tighten the hose fittings to standard specifications.
6. Apply a sample source. Let the sample flow through the instrument to remove all air bubbles.

Electrical connections

Note: This instrument does not have a power switch. Before the electrical connections to the instrument are either
added or removed, turn the external power supply off or disconnect the external power supply from the main power
source.
1. Connect the two cables (2089490 and 2089491) together
2. Connect the cables to the instrument, computer and power supply. If more cable wiring detail is
needed, refer to
