Cause
• The pump has absorbed moisture. • Start the Pump dehumidification cycle (H2OUT)
• Product too wet or too hot.
• The vacuum is not activated.
The lid has not been closed.
• The vacuum is not activated.
There is dirt on the lid seal.
• The vacuum is not activated.
The lid seal is broken.
• The pump won't start
The pump protection has been
activated.
• The lid of the external container is
not positioned correctly.
• The external suction device was not
properly connected.
• Vacuum sensor fault.
• Gas bottle empty, closed or not
connected.
• Gas bottel connection pipe pres-
sed.
• Faulty gas solenoid valve.

Solution
by pressing "START"
• If necessary, repeat the cycle by cooling the prod-
uct or by inserting a lesser quantity of product or
liquid.
• When the cycle starts, gently press on the lid to
activate the vacuum.
• Clean the vacuum chamber and seal.
• Contact the Technical Support Service for replace-
ment.
• Leave the packaging machine to cool. If the fault
recurs contact the Technical Support Service.
• Correctly position the lid of the external container.
• Correctly connect the external suction device to
the packaging machine and to the container.
• Contact the Technical Support Service.
• Change, open or connect the gas bottle.
• Replace the connection pipe.
• Call an authorized service centre.
