Removing the Gas Burner Assembly
1. Make sure all control knobs
are in the OFF position, LP tank
valve is closed, and the tank is
disconnected from regulator and
removed from grill.
2. Open lid and remove warming
rack, cooking grates, and heat
tents.
3. Remove cotter pins at back of
burners to detach burners from
brackets.

4. Slide burners out of firebox as
illustrated.

5. Detach ignition wire from ignition as
illustrated.
