Take two pieces of moulding and adjust the table as explained in chapter I.3.D
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SLIDING TABLE (page14) . Make sure also that the machine is in
manual mode.
Press the pedal, the clamps must hold the moulding until you release the pedal. If the
clamps stays on when the pedal is released, contact your local agent to check the pedal
assembly.
If the message "ALARM: READJUST TABLE" is coming on, repeat procedure I.3.D
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SLIDING TABLE (page14) and try again this test.
Switch ON the machine and switch off the air.
The message "ALARM: AIR PRESSURE" should come on indicating pressure is not correct,
if not contact your local agent for diagnostic.
Make sure that machine is complete and that no part was removed, all side panels must be closed and all
screws in place. In case of missing item, use exploded views to order the missing part. Missing side panel will
expose moving part which is dangerous for operators.
5.J TROUBLE SHOOTING

Nothing lights up, the screen is off even when the emergency button is released:
> Check, for example by connecting another appliance, that the electrical outlet on which is plugged the machine is not defective.
The machine displays the message «alarm air pressure» and will not staple.
> Adjust the air pressure of the compressor or the machine, see chapter 2.B CONNECTING TO THE AIR SOURCE (page 11).
The machine displays the message «wedge block service required».
> Refer to the chapter 5.B MAINTENANCE PLAN (page 21).
The machine displays the message «alarm: pedal and pre-clamp».
> The pre-clamping button is still in the «ON» position during an attempt at joining by pressing the pedal. Turn it to «OFF» before
pushing the pedal.
When pushing the pedal, the machine blocks the mouldings with the clamps, but then releases them and does not
shoot the wedge. The message «alarm:readjust table» is displayed.
