CD-playback not possible:
• The CD was not inserted with the label up.
• The CD surface is very dirty.
• The CD is strongly bent.
• The temperature in the vehicle is too high.
• The humidity in the vehicle is too high, steam condensates on the CD surface and renders the CD illegible. Wait
until the humidity has evaporated.
• The CD was created in an incompatible format.
The device does not react to buttons:
• The installed microprocessor requires a reset. Push the button RESET (29) button to the front cover.
• The front cover was not put on the device correctly.
When you press a station button, you only hear hissing:
• No station has been programmed. Program the stations as described above.
Every time you switch off the CD tuner, the station programming gets lost:
• The continuous positive line is not connected, or has come loose. Connect or check the continuous positive line
as explained in the instructions or check whether the cable is correctly connected. Check the corresponding fuse
of the vehicle.
The Bluetooth audio transmission does not work:
• The connected device does not support the Bluetooth A2DP audio transmission.
• The device is not connected to the car radio. Perform pairing.
The transmission quality in hands-free operation is bad:
• The distance between microphone and vehicle speakers is too low.
• The microphone is only insufficiently aligned with the driver.
• The microphone is located in the air stream of sliding roof, open window, ventilation, etc.
• The distance between speaker and microphone is too large.
Repairs other than those described above must only be carried out by an authorised specialist.
