4. Troubleshooting
4.1
General
This section describes how to iden-
tify and remedy faults on the Bus
Top Premium ventilation and emer-
gency exit hatch.
CAUTION
Troubleshooting requires special
knowledge of the structure and
operation of the ventilation hatch
and may only be conducted by
trained personnel or an authorised
workshop.
The following potential sources of
malfunctions have not been includ-
ed should always be checked so
that they can then be excluded as
the cause of the particular fault:
•
Corrosion on plugs
•
Loose plug contacts
•
Poor crimp contacts on plugs
•
Corroded cables and fuses
•
Corroded battery terminals
•
Main switch set to OFF
•
Defective fuses
•
Inadequate voltage supply
