5.0 Installation

Check that your trampoline bundle contains all of following parts:
1. Leaf Springs 2. Upper Net Poles
4. Upper frame Tubes 5. Lower Net Poles
7. Lower Frame Tubes 8. Jump Mat
11. Joiner Pole
10. Spring tool

5.3 Pre-assembly

● Find level ground, and make sure that there are no
obstructions nearby.
● Check that you have all the parts required for assembly.
REMEMBER: WEAR THE VULY GLOVES AT ALL TIMES WHEN
INSTALLING YOUR TRAMPOLINE!
Keep the Leaf Spring sleeves on during assembly and over the life
of your trampoline. These sleeves provide crucial protection in the
unlikely event of a Leaf Spring breaking.

5.4 Assembling the trampoline

STEP 1
NOTE: ConcernsLandXLmodelsonly.ForSizeMstartwithStep2.
A. Connect each Lower Frame Tube A (= Part no. 7 A) to a Lower
Frame Tube B (Part no. 7 B).
Lower Frame Tubes are those with Leaf Spring slits.
B.
Connect each Upper Frame Tube A (4 A) to an Upper Frame
Tube B (4 B). Ensure that the push buttons lock these
components together.
STEP 2
A.
Lay out each Lower Frame Tube (7) in a circle, ensuring that
the Leaf Spring slits are facing upwards.
Place the Upper Frame Tubes (4) around them.
B.
Position Joiner Poles (9) in the gaps between the Frame Tubes,
as shown.
NOTE: The feet of the Joiner Poles must face upwards.
STEP 3
A.
Choose a Joiner Pole. Slide Lower Frame Tubes into both sides
of it and an Upper Frame Tube on the left side only.
Ensure that all punch lines (slits) face upwards.
(The tips of the "feet" of the Joiner Poles in standing position
now face outwards.)
B.
Insert Joiner Pole bolts (11) through the holes that connect the
Lower Frame Tubes and the JoinerPole.
Tighten the nuts (11) underneath.
C.
Go around your trampoline, connecting each remaining Upper
and Lower Frame Tube to each Joiner Pole until you complete
the frame. Ensure that you insert all the bolts and tighten all
the nuts underneath as you go.
D.
See that your completed frame matches the image.
NOTE: One Upper Frame Tube bears a warning label!
