Commissioning
When the previously listed inspections have had a positive result, the machine may be commissioned.
START
Activate the magnet circuit breaker switches on the compressor power supply
Simulate an empty start in order to ensure that the power contactors have
been inserted correctly
Are the power contactors inserted correctly?
Disconnect the power from the auxiliary supply again
Activate the magnet circuit breaker switches on the compressor power supply
Power the auxiliary circuit
Start the machine using the control panel
Select the functioning mode
Verify that the pumps rotate correctly and check the rates
Start-up procedure completed
Checks to be made while the unit is running
(*) Intervention test: use the water
evaporator

Is the water differential pressure switch activated correctly?
Is the working pressure reading correct?
If you take the pressure on the high pressure side to approx. 8 bar,
