Explanation
Erroneous kinetics.
1. The cuvette is faulty.
2. The sample might be grossly lipemic.

Please note, the ECU function captures primarily empty
cuvettes, not under-filled cuvettes.
2. No chemical reaction is identified in the blood filled
cuvette.
1. Measured value exceeds 22.2 mmol/L (400 mg/dL).

Action
1-2. Check that the system is used according to the
instruction for use.
Fill a NEW cuvette and place it immediately in the
analyzer.
If the error code appears again, use a suitable laboratory
reference method to analyze the specimen.
