• S patulate the mixture briefly until it is completely moist.
• W ipe and moisten the marginal seal of the bowl.
• Put on the appropriate mixer and turn it slightly to connect it to the underside of the unit.

• W hen the start key (illus. 4, Pos. 8) is pressed, the unit starts extracting the air from the bowl.
The yellow START indicator (illus. 4, Pos. 6) lights up. The mixer starts automatically after a few
seconds and mixes the contents, while the vacuum pump continues to extract air from the bowl.
• A n integrated pressure sensor automatically monitors the vacuum during mixing. If the
vacuum is too low, the red VACLOW indicator (illus. 4, Pos.5) lights up.

Note: If the mixer does not switch on after approx. 5 seconds, press the bowl more firmly to the unit.
• T he vacuum pump and motor automatically switch of at the end of the programmed mixing
time and the vacuum in the mixing bowl is released. The yellow START indicator goes out
when mixing is complete.
• R elease the bowl and mixer from the unit by turning them to the left (anti-clockwise).
The mixture is now ready to use.
• C lean the mixer and bowl under running water immediately after use.
