2.4 Obligations of authorised user

The authorised user is obliged to ensure that all those who operate the unit
• Are familiar with safety regulations and accident prevention and have been instructed on
how to operate the unit.
• Have read and understood the safety precautions and instructions for use.
• Have been instructed in the current regulations for the prevention of accidents.

Obligations of personnel

Before commencing work, all those who operate the unit undertake
• to adhere to the basic regulations regarding safety at work
• to sign that they have read and understood the safety precautions and instructions for use.

General information for safe use of the unit

• Keep the working area clean. Untidiness at the workplace increases the risk of accidents.
• For reasons of personal safety, use only accessories and materials recommended in the
instructions.
• Always switch off the unit and disconnect it from the mains before undertaking any
maintenance work.

Additional risks
• Do not reach into the unit when the mixing mechanism is rotating.
• Always use original Dentaurum bowls for mixing.
Caution:
T he unit may excessively heat up if more than 25 consecutive mixing cycles are performed within
one hour.In this case it is recommended to allow the machine to cool for 3 hours.

Disposal

Note:
This symbol indicates, products marked with it should not be disposed off together
with garbage of households. The legislator disallows commercial customers to return
electronic waste via municipial collection points. Further information is available
through Dentaurum or the dental trade.
