ALERTS AND ALARMS

Lack of water
When the "No water" luminous alert appears (see Fig. 22), the three extraction
buttons go off and the Stand by button flashes (orange), indicating that the
water tank does not contain enough water for the machine to work correctly.
You must resupply the tank with water and press one of the control panel
buttons. The machine returns to "Ready to use" mode (see Fig. 8).
If, after carrying out this operation the luminous alert remains unchanged, please
turn the equipment off, wait for 2 minutes and the turn it back on again.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support
(00 800 20 50 20 50).
Used capsule tank full
When the "Used capsule tank full" luminous alert appears (see Fig. 23), the
Stand by button goes out and the other buttons flash (orange) indicating that
the used capsule tank is full, thus not allowing the machine to work correctly.
The tank must be emptied and returned to the correct and specified position.
Then press any of the control panel buttons and the machine to returns to the
"Ready to use" mode (see Fig. 8).
If, after carrying out this operation the luminous alert remains unchanged,
please turn the equipment off and turn it back on again after 2 minutes.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support
(00 800 20 50 20 50).
NTC malfunction
When the "NTC malfunction" luminous alert appears (see Fig. 24), the Stand
by and tea extraction buttons flash (red), indicating that there is a breakdown
at NTC. Please turn the equipment off, wait for 2 minutes and the turn it back
on again.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support
(00 800 20 50 20 50).
