Service

With cleaning and maintenance on the machine, the power
cable should be disconnected from the supply.
Th e fi ne fi lter should be changed at least once per year.
Use only original spare parts. If the machine is used with a
microfi lter/HEPA fi lter, this should be changed every 300
running hours. Use breathing protection when changing
the fi lter. Used fi lters should be sealed in a plastic sack and
disposed of properly.
Check regularly that the electrical cable is not damaged.
Th e DC 5800c 9.2 kW P should be performance tested at
least once per year because it may be used with hazardous
materials. Worn parts must be replaced.
Never compromise the function of the
DC 5800c 9.2 kW P, use only original spare parts.
Th e pump should be inspected and lubricated at least once
a year.
1. Start the pump and listen for abnormal sound.
2. Shut off the pump and lock out the electrical ser-vice.
3. Th e turbopumps bearings should be lubricated
with lithium based bearing grease, art nr 9683.
- Th e back bearing should be lubricated by remo-
ving the fi nned bearing cover plate.
- Check the condition of the grease. Fill the cavi
ty 2/3 full with new grease.
- Exchange the O-ring, art nr 4789 and replace

Th e warranty period for this machine is two years and co-
vers manufacturers faults. Th e warranty is valid under the
condition that the machine is used under normal conditions
on the task for which it was designed and is maintained
properly.
