Installation

Assemble the dust separator. Mount it on the stand
or the wall bracket.

Test running

Check that the vacuum producer is correctly installed
and in- and outlet is connected to the dust system. The
tubing between the dust separator and the vacuum
producer must be free from particles. Objects in the
vacuum producer can cause failure.

Service

If the system does not give full suction after fi lter
cleaning, it is recommended to exchange the fi ne
fi lter. Use only original fi lter.
Filter change
The fi ne fi lter should be changed at least once per
year. Only original fi lter is allowed. Use breathing
protection during the fi lter change. Do not expose
unprotected persons to harmful dust.
- Turn off and lock the disconnect.
- Use breathing protection.
- Disconnect the top of the machine.
- Lift off the top.
- Lift out the fi ne fi lter and seal it in a plastic sack.
S 11000, S 11000X:
Connect the tubing to the inlet and outlet. Connect
the fi lter cleaing to compressed air 4 l/s, 4 bars and
control voltage 24 V AC, 1 A, which should be taken
from the systems control.
Check discharge arrangement. No leakage is ac-
cepted.
Start the system. When the fi lter is cleaned a num-
ber of clear air pulses should be heared by ca 5 sek
interval.
The condition of the fi lter can be checked by meassur-
ing the pressure drop over the dust extractor. Compare
with the curve in "technical data". If the pressure drop
is higher, the fi lter should be exchanged.
- Lift in the new fi lter and connect the top
If the extracted dust is collected in a plastic bag,
the bag should be changed when the dust level is
5 cm under the rubber foot valve at the bottom of
the cyclone. The plastic sack must be sealed when
removed from the cyclone.
If the dust is collected in a container, it should be
changed or emptied before it is completely full.
