Mounting the throttle control

Twist off and remove the button (1)
N
on the lever which controls the
cutting depth adjustment
Unscrew the screws (2) and remove
N
the moldings
Mounting the throttle cable

Push the throttle cable support (1)
N
on to the handle (2) from the side
and engage in position
FW 20 - TS 700, TS 800

Secure the throttle cable support
N
with the rubber strap (3)
Unscrew and remove the upper
N
hexagon nut from the screw sleeve
of the throttle cable

Guide the throttle cable nipple (4)
N
and screw sleeve through the
support (5)
Screw on hexagonal nut (6)
N
Hook the throttle cable nipple into
N
the hole (A)

Adjusting the throttle cable

Set the bracket bow to the full-
N
throttle position
Tighten the throttle cable at the
N
lower nut
until the lever (7) reaches the stop –
throttle lever in full throttle position
Tighten the hexagon nut (6)
N
Release the bow – Idle position –
N
the cut-off machine throttle lever
must be in the idle position
Screw the two moldings back
N
together again and screw the knob
back on to the lever
Dismounting the cut-off machine
Press down the locking pawl on the
N
locking lever and turn the locking
lever away from the hand guard
Release the rubber strap from the
N
throttle cable support and remove
the throttle cable support from the
handle
Lift out the cut-off machine
