Record 51: Current fan speed [read-only].
High Byte: The value that is sent is the speed value (0% to 100%) in 16-bit binary.
Low Byte: The value that is sent is the voltage value (0.0 to 10.0V) multiplied by 10 in 16-bit binary.
This voltage value corresponds to the analog output of the regulator for the fan speed (terminals 19 and 20).
