Prerequisite:
• The plug-in transformer of the aquarium has
been disconnected from the power supply.
How to proceed:

• Insert the lighting unit into the cover of the
biOrb aquarium.

1. Insert the plug of the lighting unit into the
separate socket of the plug-in transformer.
2. Insert the plug-in transformer into the socket.
– Ensure that all connection cables form a
drip loop.

3. Actuate the switch of the lighting unit for
switching on/off.
4. Carry out further settings with the aid of the
remote control.
– When the lighting unit is switched on and
off with the ON/OFF switch, the current
settings for the mode and "Automatic" are
retained.
CLEANING
Cleaning cloths are available as OASE biOrb Rei-
nigungstücher Set (46027).
How to proceed:
• Bottom surface of the lighting unit: Wipe with
a special cleaning cloth to avoid scratches.
• Wipe the top with a damp cloth.
Change battery
How to proceed:

1. Turn the remote control over and open the
battery compartment.
2. Pull the battery holder completely out and
change the batteries.
– Pay attention to the polarity of the batter-
ies.
3. Push the battery holder back into the remote
control.
