 After adjustment, maintenance or repair work, make sure that no tool is left in/on the
unit.
 Keep the device away from potential ignition sources (e.g. indicator lights and/or naked
flames, burning cigarettes, etc.). There is a high risk of fire and explosion.
 Never remove the dust bag when the engine is running.
 Always store grinding dust in lockable, fireproof, non-combustible containers outdoors!
 Make sure that the mains switch is in the "Off" position before connecting the machine to
the mains.
 Never run over the connection cable with the machine!
 Make sure that the device is earthed.
 Use only suitable extension cables.
 Switch off the unit before cleaning, maintenance or repair work, disconnect it from the
mains and protect it from being switched on again unintentionally.

12.3 Residual risks

Despite proper use, certain residual risks cannot be completely eliminated. Due to the design and
construction of the machine, hazardous situations may occur which are indicated in these
operating instructions as follows:

not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
