DIRECTLY in the oscillating tank:
- Fill the oscillating tank to 2/3 with cleaning liquid (TICKOPUR,
STAMMOPUR see dosage on label). Improperly fi lled units can
suffer damage (see point 5 – dosing table).
- Use always an insert basket or utensil holder.
- Parts must not be placed on the tank bottom (Exemption basket
K6 and SH 7).
INDIRECTLY in inset beakers or non-perforated insert plastic tub

- Fill the oscillating tank with a tenside-containing contact liquid (for example TICKOPUR R 33 or
STAMMOPUR RD 5 diluted with water) to achieve a good transmission of ultrasound.
- Fill the inset beakers or insert plastic tub with cleaning liquid (for example TICKOPUR,
STAMMOPUR).
- Suspend inset beakers in the posi-
tioning cover, do not place them on
the tank bottom.
- Inset beakers or insert plastic tub
must be immersed in the contact
liquid to a depth of at least 2 cm.
See to the tank fi lling to 2/3.
- Several inset beakers with different cleaning liquids can be soni-
cated at the same time.
When inserting the objects to be cleaned, be sure to observe the following:
- Place the dirtier side towards the bottom.
- Do not stack - ultrasonic energy will be absorbed.
- Sensitive pieces may not be allowed to touch one another. Avoid damage by using plastic
insets, plastic insert baskets or the knobbed silicone mats in insert basket.
- Be sure that there are no air bubbles in hollow spaces (for example pocket holes).
- Check the temperature when cleaning heat-sensitive objects.
