    Allgemeine Hinweise • Gerät nicht ohne Flüssigkeiten betreiben. • Kein Reinigungsgut in die Wanne geben, welches aggressive Verunreinigungen wie Säuren, Chloridionen o. ä. aufweisen! • Keine brennbaren Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Benzin, Lösungsmittel) und keine Chemikalien, die Chloridionen enthalten oder abspalten (einige Desinfektionsmittel, Haushaltsreiniger und Geschirrspülmittel), zur Ultraschallreinigung in der Edelstahlwanne verwenden.

    Prinzip der Ultraschallreinigung Unter dem Schwingwannenboden befestigte PZT-Ultraschall-Schwinger wandeln elektrische Energie in mechanische Schwingungen um. SONOREX Geräte bringen die Reinigungs- flüssigkeit mit 35 kHz (TK 100 /H 43 kHz) zum Schwingen. Dabei bilden sich kleinste Vakuumbläschen, die implodieren (Kavitation). Dieses Prinzip der Kavitation entfernt Verunreinigungen aus tiefsten Poren - "elektronisches Bürsten“.
  • Page 5 Direkt in der Schwingwanne - Schwingwanne zu 2/3 mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit (TICKOPUR, STAMMOPUR) füllen, zu niedriger Füllstand kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen (siehe Punkt 7 – Dosiertabelle). Reinigung mit Einhängekorb - Reinigung nur mit Einhängekorb oder Gerätehalter. - Zubehör darf nicht auf dem Wannenboden aufsetzen (Ausnahme Korb K6 und SH 7).

Ultraschall Ein/Aus Schaltuhrbetrieb - Drehknopf nach rechts auf gewünschte Reinigungszeit grün einstellen grüne Kontrollampe leuchtet. - Schaltuhr schaltet automatisch ab. - Durch entgegengesetztes Drehen kann die Reinigungszeit verkürzt bzw. das Gerät ausgeschaltet werden. Dauerbetrieb (Stellung ∞) : - Drehknopf nach links einrasten. - Gerät schaltet nicht automatisch ab, zum Ausschalten Drehknopf nach rechts auf "0"...

    3.5. Schwingwanne entleeren Netzstecker ziehen. Gerät nicht ins Spülbecken stellen. Geräte mit Ablauf • Mit Kugelhahn Griff am Hahn zum Öffnen in Auslaufrichtung stellen. • Mit Ablaufschlauch und Verschlussstück bzw. Schlauchklemme Beim Abschrauben des Verschlussstückes oder Lösen der Schlauchklemme ist der Schlauch so hoch zu halten, dass dessen Ende oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels der Schwingwanne liegt.

    Empfehlungen 5.1. Reinigungsmittel • Höchste Reinigungswirkung wird mit TICKOPUR, TICKOMED und STAMMOPUR erzielt. • Verbrauchte Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsflüssigkeiten erneuern, nicht durch Nachdosieren auffrischen. • Schmutzschichten am Boden von Wanne oder Einsatzgefäßen (z. B. Schleif- und Poliermittel und andere Ablagerungen) verschlechtern die Leistung, deshalb Schwing- wanne entleeren und reinigen, Reinigungsflüssigkeit erneuern.

    5.3. Aufbereitung medizinischer Instrumente - Die Instrumente dürfen nicht auf dem Wannenboden liegen. Der Korb vermeidet Schäden an Instrumenten und Wannenboden. Instrumente verteilt einlegen. Ein Über- laden des Korbes mindert die Reinigungswirkung. Zangen oder Scheren ganz öffnen oder ggf. zerlegen. Instrumente vollständig in die Lösung eintauchen. Luft aus Hohl- räumen muss entweichen können.

    1. General instructions • Never run the unit without liquid! • Do not put parts to be cleaned into the tank with aggressive soiling such as acids, chloride ions or similar substances! • Do not fill the stainless steel oscillating tanks with aggressive cleaning agents such as acids or chemicals which contain or release chloride ions (some disinfectants, dish-washing detergents, household cleaners, saline solutions).

    Principle of ultrasonic cleaning PZT oscillators underneath the tank convert electrical energy into mechanical vibrations. SONOREX units produce oscillations of 35 kHz (TK 100 /H 43 kHz) in the cleaning liquid. Tiniest vacuum bubbles are formed which then implode (cavitation). Cleaning with insert basket Improperly filled units can suffer damage (see point 7 – dosing table). - Use always an insert basket or utensil holder. - Parts must not be placed on the tank bottom (Exemption basket K6 and SH 7).

    3.3. Ultrasound ON / OFF Timer operation - Turn the knob clockwise to the appropriate cleaning green time the green pilot lamp lights up. - The timer switches off automatically. - You can shorten the time of cleaning or switch the unit off by turning the knob anticlockwise.

Units with drain • Ball cock Turn the lever to the outflow direction. • Outlet hose, closing cap or hose clamp When unscrewing the closing cap or unlocking the hose clamp, make sure that the hose end is in a higher position than the liquid level in the oscillating tank.

    Recommendations 5.1. Cleaning agents • Best cleaning results are achieved with TICKOPUR, TICKOMED and STAMMOPUR. • Replace used liquids and disinfectants, do not "freshen them up" with an added dose. • Layers of dirt on the tank bottom or in the insets (abrasives and polishing agents, for example, as well as other deposits) reduce the cleaning efficiency.

    5.3. Treatment of medical instruments - The instruments may not be placed on the tank bottom. The basket avoids damages at the instruments and at the tank bottom. Do not staple instruments, overloading reduces the cleaning efficiency. Pliers and scissors must be opened completely or detached, if necessary.

    Remarques générales • Ne jamais faire fonctionner l'appareil sans liquides ! • Ne pas mettre des pièces à nettoyer dans la cuve qui montrent des salissures agressives comme des acides, des ions de chlorure ou des substances semblables ! • Les liquides suivants ne doivent en aucun cas être remplis dans les cuves : - liquides combustibles, - nettoyants agressifs tels qu’acides et - produits chimiques qui contiennent ou séparent par exemple des ions de chlorure...

    Principe du nettoyage par ultrasons Les oscillateurs à ultrasons PTZ fixés sous le fond de la cuve de vibration convertissent l'énergie électrique en vibrations mécaniques. Les appareils SONOREX font vibrer la solution de nettoyage avec 35 kHz (TK 100 /H 43 kHz). Des bulles vides minuscules se forment et implosent (cavitation).
  • Page 25 DIRECTEMENT dans la cuve de vibration - remplir la cuve aux 2/3 de solution de nettoyage (TICKOPUR, STAMMOPUR), un niveau de remplissage trop bas peut endommager l'appareil (voyez 7 – tableau de dosage), Nettoyage avec un panier d’insertion - nettoyage uniquement avec le panier d'insertion ou avec le porte-objets.

Ultrason ⇒ marche/arrêt Fonctionnement par minuterie vert - Régler le bouton de la minuterie à droite au temps de nettoyage souhaité la lampe témoin verte s'allume. - La minuterie s'arrête automatiquement. - En tournant dans le sens inverse, le temps est réduit. Fonctionnement continu (position ∞) - Enclencher le bouton vers la gauche.

Des appareils avec écoulement: • avec un robinet à bille Pour ouvrir le robinet tourner la poignée dans le sens d’écoulement. • avec un tuyau de vidange, capuchon ou pince En dévissant le capuchon ou pour ouvrir le pince il faut que le tuyau soit tenu si hautement que son fin est au-dessus du niveau de remplissage de la cuve de vibration.

    Recommandations 5.1. Nettoyants • TICKOPUR, TICKOMED et STAMMOPUR permettent d'obtenir l'effet nettoyant le plus élevé. • Les solutions de nettoyage et de désinfection usagées doivent être renouvelées. Ne pas les rafraîchir en ajoutant un autre dose. • Les couches de salissures au fond de la cuve ou des récipients d'insertion (abrasifs et produits de polissage et autres dépôts par exemple) diminuent le rendement.

    5.3. Traitement des instruments médicaux - Ne pas placer les instruments sur le fond de la cuve. Le panier correspondant évite des endommages sur les instruments et sur le fond. Ne pas empiler les instruments. Une surcharge du panier réduit l’efficacité de nettoyage. Ouvrir complètement ou détacher au besoin des pinces ou des ciseaux.
