Prinzip der Ultraschall-Reinigung Unter dem Schwingwannenboden befestigte PZT-Ultraschall-Schwinger wandeln elektrische Ener- gie in mechanische Schwingungen um. SONOREX Geräte bringen die Reinigungs fl üssigkeit mit 35 kHz zum Schwingen. Dabei bilden sich kleinste Vakuum bläschen, die implodieren (Kavitation). Dieses Prinzip der Kavitation entfernt Verunreinigungen aus tiefsten Poren - „elektronisches Bürs- ten“. - Page 6 Direkt in der Schwingwanne - Schwingwanne zu 2/3 mit Reinigungsfl üssigkeit (TICKOPUR, STAMMOPUR) füllen, zu niedriger Füllstand kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen (siehe Punkt 5 – Dosiertabelle). Reinigung mit Einhängekorb - Reinigung nur mit Einhängekorb oder Gerätehalter. - Zubehör darf nicht auf dem Wannenboden aufsetzen (Aus- nahme Korb K6 und SH 7).

Reinigungsdauer Grundsätzlich ist die Reinigungsdauer so kurz wie möglich einzustellen. Je nach Ver schmutzung und verwendeter Reinigungsfl üssigkeit (Angaben auf den jeweiligen Etiketten beachten) beträgt die Reinigungsdauer ca. 1 bis 15 min. 2.4.3 Ultraschall-Betrieb mit Heizung • Gerät einschalten (Taste Ein/Aus drücken) – die grüne LED auf der Tempe raturskala und die gelbe LED der zuletzt gewählten Zeit auf der Zeitskala leuchten. -

Zeitskala / Dauerbetrieb: • Um ein versehentliches Einschalten des Dauerbetriebs zu vermeiden, kann der Dauerbetrieb deaktiviert werden: - Netzstecker ziehen. - Taste Zeit drücken, gedrückt halten und gleichzeitig dabei den Netzstecker einstecken. Die gelbe LED 1 min leuchtet zur Bestätigung. Die Funktion wird auf die gleiche Weise wieder aktiviert. -

Principle of ultrasonic cleaning PZT oscillators underneath the tank convert electrical energy into mechanical vibrations. SONOREX units produce oscillations of 35 kHz in the cleaning liquid. Tiniest vacuum bubbles are formed which then implode (cavitation). This cavitation principle removes dirt and grease from the deepest pores - “electronic scrubbing”... - Page 20 DIRECTLY in the oscillating tank: - Fill the oscillating tank to 2/3 with cleaning liquid (TICKOPUR, STAMMOPUR see dosage on label). Principe du nettoyage par ultrasons Les oscillateurs à ultrasons PTZ fi xés sous le fond de la cuve de vibration convertissent l’énergie électrique en vibrations mécaniques. Les appareils SONOREX font vibrer la solution de nettoyage avec 35 kHz. Des bulles vides minuscules se forment et implosent (cavitation). Ce principe de la cavitation enlève les salissures des pores les plus profonds - tel un «brossage électronique». - Page 34 DIRECTEMENT dans la cuve de vibration - remplir la cuve aux 2/3 de solution de nettoyage (TICKOPUR, STAMMOPUR), un niveau de remplissage trop bas peut en- dommager l’appareil (voyez 5 – tableau de dosage), Nettoyage avec un panier d‘insertion - nettoyage uniquement avec le panier d’insertion ou avec le porte-objets.
