8.5.5 External room thermostat
If the appliance's temperature sensor is installed on
the buffer, but should also still regulate the room
temperature, then an additional room thermostat
should be installed (not part of the scope of delivery).
The connection is made on the rear side of the appli-
ance on the 6-pole terminal strip to Terminals 3 and
4.
Note:
- The room thermostat must be potential-free, with a
normal closed contact. The stove has to be
switched off!
- The switching differential should be at least 2 K.
We recommend the programmable Olsberg room
thermostat.
After installing the external room thermostat, the ap-
pliance is initially fired via the ON key on the control
screen.
This is also required after resetting an alarm.
After the set room temperature has been reached,
the appliance goes down to a lower output (level 1;
terminal 3 and 4, page 6) , or is turned off when the
Stand-by mode is activated (connecting terminal 1
and 2, page 6). STAND-BY appears on the display.

9. Shut down

To shut down the unit, press and hold the OFF
button for several seconds.
The message FINAL CLEANING appears in the
display.

The exhaust ventilator continue to run for a spe-
cific time approx. 6 minutes, to ensure the safe
discharge of exhaust and to cool the unit.

The unit can not be ignited again, until it has
completely cooled down.
•
After the cooling process is completed, the mes-
sage OFF appears in the display.
•
All messages, such as WARNING CLEAN
FIREPAN or the alarms can be reset by pressing
the OFF button.
9.1 FINAL CLEANING
Should the unit be switched off by pressing the OFF
button during the ignition phase, the message
CLEANING
sound.
The exhaust blower will run for approx. 4 minutes at
maximum speed.
During this phase, the ON button has no impact.
After a few minutes, when the unit is cooled down,
this status switches to OFF.
Now the unit can be started again, by pressing the
ON button.
9.2 Warning empty brasier
This message is to ensure that the combustion pan is
cleaned before a new ignition.
This guarantees better operation of the heating
stove.
The message is reset by pressing the OFF button.

10. Operator menus

All necessary settings for the unit are entered via the
operator menu.
Settings can be determined in the following menus:
- SET WORK
- TIMER
- SET STOVE
10.1 Accessing the operator menus
