Changing the filtration cartridge
To change the filtration cartridge (a) proceed as follows:
- vent all the compressed air inside the circuit;
- use the tool (b) to lever the screw heads (d) on the plug (c) and rotate
counter clockwise;
- remove the filter plug (c);
- unscrew the cartridge (a) from the plug (c);
- replace the cartridge (a) with a new one;
- screw the new cartridge (a) onto the plug (c);
- close the filter plug (c) and tighten with the wrench (b).
There are O-rings on the filter plug and cartridge (f-g). If these O-rings
deteriorate air is vented through the cap (c).
If you notice any venting replace the O-rings.
When changing the O-rings observe the precautions described at the
beginning of the relevant section of the manual.

WARNING: The filtration cartridge are classified as special
waste: they must be disposed of in compliance with the anti-
pollution standards in force.
IMPORTANT: It is essential that there be a filtration cartridge
(a) inside the purifier filter (h) every time the compressor is
used.
IMPORTANT: Every 5 years or ever 3000 hours it will be
necessary to change the filter body (h).

Remplacement de la cartouche filtrante
Pour remplacer la cartouche filtrante (a) :
- évacuer entièrement l'air comprimé se trouvant à l'intérieur du circuit du
compresseur ;
- au moyen d'une clé (b), faire levier sur les têtes des vis (d) du bouchon (c),
puis tourner dans le sens anti-horaire ;
- enlever le bouchon du filtre (c) ;
- dévisser la cartouche (a) du bouchon (c) ;
- remplacer la cartouche (a) par une cartouche neuve ;
- visser la cartouche neuve (a) sur le bouchon (c) ;
- fermer et visser le bouchon du filtre (c) à l'aide de a clé prévue à cet effet
(b).
Le bouchon et la cartouche du filtre présentent des joints toriques
d'étanchéité (f-g) ; si ces joints toriques s'abîment, l'air est expulsé par le
bouchon (c).
En cas d'expulsion d'air par le bouchon, remplacer les joints toriques.
Pour cela, respecter les instructions données au début de ce paragraphe.

des déchet spéciaux ; il faut donc les éliminer conformément
aux normes antipollution en vigueur.
MISE EN GARDE : À chaque utilisation du compresseur, le
filtre purificateur (h) doivent toujours contenir une cartouche
filtrante (a).
MISE EN GARDE : Chaque 5 ans ou 3000 heures il faut changer
le corps filter (h).
