For each friend's helmet, you can enter:
The name of the friend's helmet (compulsory)
Friend Address (compulsory)
Phone number (optional)
When switched on, the helmet cyclically tries to connect with one of the friends' helmets in the list with a decreasingly slow frequency to maximise the
duration of the batteries.
When one of the friends' helmets is connected, it takes priority over the others as long as the communication is not voluntarily interrupted.
If the distance between the two helmets (or the environmental and road conditions) becomes such as to interrupt the communication, the system tries
to reconnect automatically for 3 minutes. In the case of failure, the system asks for confirmation through a sequence of low-pitched and high-pitched
tones to connect to the friend's helmet through a phone call (only if the phone number has been entered through the configurator).

Updating the software of the electronic board

The Bluetooth® communicator has the latest development of Bluetooth® technology and can implement particularly advanced functions. When
necessary, the software in the board's processor can be updated exactly as with your home computer.
The updating procedure is particularly critical and we do not recommend using it unless really necessary and notified by CABERG Srl.
Please visit the web site www.caberg-helm.com periodically to find out whether new software updates are available for your device.
In this case, all the information you require to update the electronic board in maximum safety will be provided.
LIMITED WARRANTY
CABERG Srl provides this limited warranty for the CABERG JUST SPEAK system and the original accessories supplied with the system.
For correct use, we recommend that you:
Read the safety warnings and instructions for correct use.
Read the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Keep the original store receipt. This needs to be shown if the helmet needs to be repaired under warranty. Take your complete system back to
your local dealer in its original box if it is needs to be repaired.
If any defect covered by this limited warranty is discovered within two ( 2) years from the purchase date shown on the receipt CABERG Srl undertakes
to repair or replace the product, at its own discretion, under the following terms and conditions through its distribution organization.
1.
This warranty is only valid if the product to be repaired or replaced is accompanied by the store receipt issued by the reseller at the moment of
purchase, bearing the date and progressive sale number and the warranty form has been duly filled in and stamped by the dealer
2.
CABERG Srl reserves the right to refuse to carry out any repairs or replacement if this information has been deleted or modified after the pur-
chase of the product from the reseller.
3.
If CABERG Srl decides to repair or replace the product, the product will be covered by a warranty period lasting for as long as the remaining part
of the original warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of repair (whichever is longer). Replaced parts or components become the property of
CABERG Srl.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This warranty only covers defects in material and manufacturing
1.
This warranty shall not cover defects or damages resulting from the use of product in different conditions from the usual ones.
2.
This warranty shall not cover any faults due to normal wear and tear, improper use or use not envisaged by the user and maintenance instruc-
tions for this product.
3.
Moreover, this warranty does not cover any defects arising from fortuitous events, changes or adaptations, force majeure or contact with liquids.
The internal parts of the helmet are not and cannot be waterproofed and any improper exposure to rain, moisture, spilt food or other liquids may
