damage the CABERG JUST SPEAK system, in which case CABERG Srl cannot be held liable for any such damage.
4. This warranty shall not cover negligence and normal wear of external and internal parts.
5. This warranty shall not cover any damage caused by an accident and /or incompetent helmet use.
6. The warranty shall not cover variations in colour or damage caused by exposure to harmful chemical products.
7. This warranty does not cover the use of incompatible accessories or accessories that are not part of the system.
8. This warranty does not include those parts subject to wear and tear such as the rechargeable battery
9. When the system is used together with accessories or equipment not provided by CABERG Srl, it cannot guarantee the correct functioning of the
association of the product/peripheral, not will it accept claims for repair or replacement under guarantee if the product is used in such a way.
10. CABERG Srl is not responsible if the product reveals limited function due to the working system of mobile phones or accessories or equipment
not provided by CABERG Srl.
11. Given that CABERG Srl does not itself provide the mobile phone system used by mobile phones, CABERG Srl cannot be held liable for the
functioning, availability, coverage, services or range of the said system
12. This warranty does not cover faults in the system due to the use of non original accessories or other devices.
13. Tampering with the electronic board in the product automatically annuls this warranty, notwithstanding the faculty of the user to dismantle the
helmet in order to replace parts making up the electronic system, as illustrated in the enclosed instructions.
14. This warranty does not cover any changes or modifications made to the helmet or the system by the user or third parties.
15. This warranty does not cover the specific subjective situations arising from dynamic use of the helmet, such as aerodynamic hissing or
background noise.
16. THIS WARRANTY ANNULS AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES FORESEEN BY LAW THAT CAN BE DERO-
GATED BY THE PARTIES; MORE SPECIFICALLY, CABERG SRL OFFERS NO SPECIFIC WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE SALEABILITY
OR SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR SPECIAL PURPOSES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY CABERG SRL BE HELD LIABLE
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFIT OR COMMERCIAL LOSSES, THOUGH NOT
LIMITED TO THE SAME AND BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, WHERE SUCH LOSSES ARE NOT RECOGNISED BY LAW.
Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages nor the limitation of the duration of implied warranties,
so the above limitations and exclusions may not be applicable in your case.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country or your consumer rights with regard to the reseller as provided for in
the purchase/sale contract.
