A2DP (the Bluetooth® A2DP service that manages sending music in stereo) that might not permit simultaneous use of the Intercom.
The Intercom function also has special functions for pairing several helmets at the same time and how the system behaves if the signal is lost. These
functions can be configured exclusively through the configuration software included. Please see the "Configurator mode" paragraph for further details.

Handset mode

CAUTION: The functions described below vary depending on your phone or software upgrades. See www.caberg-helm.com for a list of the phones
that have been tested and a full description of the operating mode for each function.
CAUTION: software upgrades for the phones listed in the table may affect their compatibility with the CABERG JUST SPEAK system.
The CABERG JUST SPEAK system is compatible with all Bluetooth® mobile phones when it comes to the basic functions (making and taking calls),
but there may be limited compatibility for more advanced functions.

Switching the helmet on (whether Master or Slave).
After a few seconds the helmet is ready to work with the paired phone, which must, of course, be switched on.
If the paired helmet and phone fail to find each other, switch them both off and on again or repeat the pairing procedure.

NOTE: some phones (see www.caberg-helm.com) need to be connected to the helmet by pressing the
button (short press) after being switched
on. See table.
Check your phone's operating modes and any special options.
NOTE: One helmet, once switched on and connected to the mobile phone, may then be connected to the other (provided this is already switched on).

Simply press the
button (medium press) on one of the two helmets, if previously pairing.
NOTE. To use the phone and intercom functions simultaneously,for some phone you have to connect first the helmet to the phone.

Using the Phone

CAUTION: not all Bluetooth® phones have the same compatibility with the CABERG JUST SPEAK system.

The audio quality and level may vary from call to call depending on the "bridge" used by your phone.
CAUTION: If the volume is too high, it may distract you when driving, leading to dangerous situations or reduced perception of external noises. Adjust
the volume before using the system when moving.
Answering a call

If the phone paired to the helmet receives an incoming call, you hear "ringing" tones in the earpiece: press the
or
button (short press) to
answer the call. (See table).
NOTE: some phones will actually reproduce your normal ringing tone in the helmet.
The helmet will also warn you of an incoming call when in communication in the Intercom mode; the start of helmet/phone communication is indicated
by a double tone.
Master and Slave are identical.

To answer the call, simply press

button (short press). (See table).
When the helmet answers a call, all communication with the other helmet is temporarily interrupted. This is indicated in the second helmet by an
interruption tone.
At the end of the call, the two helmets automatically re-establish communication (if they were connected before the call).
