3 - USE OF THE HOB
BURNERS
Each burner is controlled by a gas tap assu-
ring the opening and the closing of the gas
supply.
Make the symbols printed on the knob to
match with the indicator on the control panel
or the knob indicator with the symbols printed
on the control panel), to obtain:
- symbol
: off
- symbol
: full on (nominal rate)
- symbol
: reduced rate
The full-on rate serves to bring foods to a
boil, while the reduced rate consents the
slow heating of foods or the maintenance of
the boiling. All of the positions of the different
operations must be chosen between the
maximum and the minimun and never
between the maximum and the turn off point.
LIGHTING OF BURNERS
To ignite the burner:
– Press the knob thoroughly and turn it anti-
clockwise of 90° .
– Approach a flame to the burner.
– Adjust the burner according to the power
required.
– To turn it off, turn the knob towards the
right, up to the safety click.
3 - UTILISATION DES
BRULEURS DE LA TABLE
L'arrivée du gaz au brûleur est commandée
par une manette (fig. 3.1) qui actionne le robi-
net à fermeture de sécurité. En faisant coinci-
der les symboles de la manette avec le repè-
re marqué sur le tableau de bord, (ou le repè-
re de la manette avec les symboles marqués
sur le tableau de bord) nous aurons:
- repère
: robinet fermé (brûleur éteint)
- repère
: plein débit (brûleur au max.)
- repère
: ralenti (brûleur au minimum)
Le débit maximum sert à obtenir I'ébullition,
tandis que le ralenti permet de mijoter les ali-
ments ou de maintenir I'ébullition.
Toute position de fonctionnement doit être
choisie entre les positions maximum et mini-
mum, jamais entre celles du maximum et de
la fermeture.
ALLUMAGE DES BRULEURS
Pour allumer le brûleur:
– Appuyer la manette du robinet et tourner
en sens anti-horaire de 90°.
– Approcher la flamme du brûleur.
– Régler le robinet selon la puissance
désirée.
– Pour fermer, tourner la manette vers la
droite jusqu'à déclenchement de la sécu-
rité.
