3.0 - IDENTIFICATION DATA AND MACHINE DATA

The copy of the rating plate, duly completed, is shown below which is affixed to the vacuum/pressure lobe pump.
For any communication with the manufacturer or the service centres, always quote these references.
Every vacuum/pressure lobe pump is supplied with a rating plate in which the following is indicated:
Name and registered trade mark of the manufacturer;
CE marking;
ATEX marking;
Type Code: identification of the vacuum pump
S/N _ _ _ _ _ _: serial number;
Year: year of production;
Performance data;
3.1 - DESCRIPTION OF IDENTIFICATION CODE FOR VACUUM/
PRESSURE LOBE PUMP
The identification code for the vacuum/pressure lobe pump (TYPE CODE) is the following type:

Where:
A: Vacuum/pressure lobe pump series (BLW);
B: Nominal pump size (300/400);
C: Version (P pulley application / H hydraulic transmission); in the H version the machine is suitable for connection to a
hydraulic motor with an ATEX certified coupling.
NB: the hydraulic motor is not covered by this technical document and is not supplied;
D: Rotation direction (DX = right-hand pump clockwise rotation / SX = left-hand pump/anticlockwise rotation);
E: Side outlets
F: Diameter of suction and supply connections (D120).
