Possible cause / solution
• When the device is fi rst used: Any production residues
that may remain may result in a small amount of
odour or smoke development. This is normal. Allow
the device to heat up for about 5 – 10 minutes (see the
"Use" chapter). During this time, make sure the room
is well ventilated, e.g. with wide-open windows!
• The device has already been used: Is the device
dirty or contaminated? Follow the instructions in the
"Cleaning and storage" chapter.
