Roasters with cover TULIP and EXCLUSIVE
We congratulate you on the purchase of this Tescoma product. Thank you for buying Tescoma.
If needed, please contact your retailer or Tescoma at www.tescoma.com.
CHARACTERISTICS
Roasters with cover TULIP and EXCLUSIVE are made of high-grade stainless steel, in a solid manufacture with
a perfect finish meeting the highest demands placed on modern comfortable baking and cooking.
The roasters are provided with an extra thick three-layer sandwich bottom. Heat is transferred from the cooker
into the vessels continuously without variation and evenly throughout the bottom – the temperature inside the vessels
does not vary. Baking and cooking is easier, meals can be made with a limited amount of fat and without the risk
of overcooking.
In addition, the sandwich bottom has excellent heat retaining properties, which economise on energy –
the oven or the cooker may be switched off before the end of baking or cooking. Meals left in the vessels preserve
their temperature for a long time.
The cover can be used as an independent baking or cooking vessel with a low edge.
The roasters and covers are provided with solid stainless steel grips for easy and safe handling and comfortable
cooking.
The roasters are supplied with a separate rack made of high-grade stainless steel for easy and perfect baking.
Roasters TULIP and EXCLUSIVE meet the demands of intense and prolonged use. The solid all-metal manufacture of
the vessels guarantees an elegant appearance as well as easy and quick cleaning.
Roasters TULIP and EXCLUSIVE are suitable for baking in electric, gas and hot air ovens including ovens
with fans and for cooking on gas, electric and vitro-ceramic cookers.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Switch the oven off in advance before the end of baking – make use of the heat retaining properties of the
sandwich bottom.
When cooking on range, set the cooker to maximum only for the initial phase of cooking and allow only low
or medium output further during the cooking process.
We recommend using a rack for baking; the meals will not stick to the bottom of the vessels and will be thoroughly
baked on all sides.
Never heat empty vessels.
BEWARE!
When overheating empty vessels, purple or brown stains might appear on the metal surfaces. These
stains do not affect the correct functioning, they do not represent a health hazard or fault, and cannot
be claimed.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Wash and wipe dry the roasters and covers thoroughly before first use. To permanently preserve good
appearance, always cook in properly cleaned vessels!
Clean with normal detergents; never use aggressive substances, chemicals and sharp objects. The roasters
can be cleaned using special agents for stainless steel – we recommend CLINOX for excellent cleaning results.
The roasters are dishwasher safe.
Leave excessively dirty vessels to soak in water or water with detergent.
Should white stains appear on the inside surface, use vinegar, lemon drops or the special CLINOX stainless steel
cleansing agent to clean. The stains are caused by mineral sediments present in water and their formation depends
on the quality and hardness of local water. To significantly reduce excessive formation of the white stains, always
add salt only to the finished meal. The white stains do not affect the function of the vessels and do not compromise
health. They do not represent a fault and cannot be claimed.
