Assembling the foldable tube (Fig. B)
1. Fully unfold the telescopic tube of the drywall
sander as shown on figure B1.
2. Secure with the Hinge lock (13) as shown on
figure B2. Make sure that the Hinge lock (13) is
engaged correctly. To disassemble the foldable
tube, simply open the Hinge lock (13). Now, the
telescopic tube can be folded.
Assembling the telescopic tube (Fig. C)
1. Insert the Telescopic extension (14) into the
opening of the Middle handle (5), as shown on
figure C1. Make sure the flat part of the tube
aligns with the flat part of the opening.
2. Tighten the Telescopic extension connector (15)
by turning it clockwise, as shown on figure C2.
Note: the machine can also be used without the
Telescopic extension (14). To do so, skip this step
and assemble the dust extraction system directly
into the Middle handle (5), instead of the Lower
handle (6).
Assembling the dust extraction system (Fig. D)
It is highly recommended to use the machine with
the dust hose and dust bag, ensuring optimal dust
extraction.
1. Insert the Dust hose (8) with Connector (7) into
the opening of the Lower handle (6), as shown
on figure D1. Make sure the flat part of the tube
aligns with the flat part of the opening.
2. Tighten the Dust hose connector (7) by turning
it clockwise, as shown on figure D2.
Note: The dust bag should be emptied when the
bag is half full to maintain optimal dust extraction.
Mounting and removing sanding paper (Fig. F)
• Hold the machine on its side or upside down, as
shown on Fig. E
• Mount sanding paper (17) with the required
grain size onto the sanding pad (16). Make
sure that the perforation in the sanding paper
(17) corresponds with the perforation on the
sanding pad (16).
• To remove the sanding paper (17), simply pull
the sanding paper from the sanding pad (16).
Note: Use coarse sanding paper for sanding rough,
uneven surfaces. Use medium sanding paper for
removing the remaining scratches from the coarse
8
sanding paper. Use fine sanding paper for finishing
surfaces.
Replacing the sanding pad (Fig. F)
Only install the sanding pad specified by the
manufacturer onto the machine.
Removing the sanding pad:
1. Remove sanding paper (17) from the sanding
pad (16).
2. Insert the supplied hex key into the bolt on the
sanding pad (16).
3. Whilst holding the sanding pad (16) firmly, turn
the wrench anti-clockwise to loosen the hex bolt.
4. The sanding pad (16) now can be removed.
Mounting the sanding pad:
1. Mount the sanding pad (16) onto the machine.
2. Insert the bolt into the sanding pad (16) and
insert the hex key into the bolt.
3. Whilst holding the sanding pad (16) firmly, turn
the wrench clockwise to fasten the hex bolt.
4. OPERATION
Switching on and off (Fig. A)
• To switch on the machine, move the on/off
switch (1) upwards.
• To switch off the machine, move the on/off
switch (1) downwards.
Note: It is recommended to keep the motor running
for a short period of time after sanding, so that
residual dust can be collected into the bag.
Speed adjustment (Fig. A)
The required speed can be adjusted by using the
Speed adjustment wheel (2). Also during operation
the rotational speed can be adjusted.
• To increase the speed, turn the Speed adjust-
ment knob (2) clockwise.
• To decrease the speed, turn the Speed adjust-
ment knob (2) anti-clockwise. The required
speeds depends on the material and can be
determined by practical testing.
Adjusting the telescopic tube length (Fig. C2)
1. Untighten the Connector (15) by turning it anti-
clockwise.
2. Extract or detract the Telescopic tube to the
desired length. Be aware of the warning mark
