Connection D (J4) - Serial
This is a serial input/output connector to control via
an RS 485 connection the TV 141.
Note that the vent valve can also be controlled by
means of the RS 485 connection.
FAN INSTALLATION
An auxiliary fan (mod. 969-9323) is available to
improve the TV 141 cooling during heavy opera-
tional conditions.
Fan specifications:
− air flow: 8.3 l/s (18.5 CFM)
− input voltage: 24 Vdc
− dimensions: 60 x 60 mm (2.36 x 2.36 inches)
− nominal current: 90 mA
− power: 2.16 W
The fan cover is shaped so that it can be mounted
close to the pump.
The fan (see the following figure) is fixed to the TV
141 case by means of the supplied two parker
screws (items 1 in the following figure), while the
fan supply cable must be connected to the P2 con-
nector.
VENT VALVE INSTALLATION
The vent valve (mod. 969-9834) allows to avoid
undesired venting of the pump during temporary
power failure (5 sec. maximum) and enables an
automatic vent operation.
To install the vent valve, unscrew the threaded
plug (see figure below).
Then screw the vent valve into the pump and
tighten it using a 16 mm hexagonal spanner with a
torque of 2.5 Nm.
