WARNING!
The user must set the gas type load (WIN 157) and the cooling mode
(WIN 106) before starting the pump.
For details on the applied power derate see the "Output Power
during High Temperature condition" paragraph.
The applied power limit is readable by serial line (WIN 155).
The pump is balanced after assembly with residual vibration
amplitude less than 0.01 μm.
The pump can operate in any position and can be supported on the
high vacuum flange. The connection of the forevacuum on the side of
the pump is a KF 25 flange (KF40 for models 969-8819 and 969-6019).

Controller Description

The integrated controller is a solid-state frequency converter which is
driven by a single chip DSP and is composed of one PCB which
include 3-phase output, analog and input/output section, Digital
Signal Processor and digital section.
The controller converts a 48Vdc voltage supply into a 3-phase, low
voltage, medium frequency output which is required to power the
pump.
The controller can be operated by a remote host computer via the
serial connection. A Windows-based software is available (T-Plus
optional).
An external Power Supply (model 969-6521) is available in order to
supply the voltage 48 Vdc to the pumping system.
