i) Weather Forecast Function
The weather forecast of the weather station is one of the most interesting features.
Although the weather station, of course, can't replace the professional weather
forecast by highly qualified meteorologists on the radio, television or Internet, it is
amazing that only based on the measurement and observation of the barometric
pressure of the past days, an accuracy of about 70-75% can be reached.
Sunny
In the following, you will find additional explanation regarding the icons and
their meaning:

If "Sunny" is displayed at night, this means a starlit night.

For outdoor temperatures below -3 °C (26 °F), precipitation is displayed as snow
icons.

The display does not represent the momentary weather situation, but is a
forecast for the next hours.
The forecast is structured by 3 display segments. The large main display shows
the forecast for the next 24 hours, the two small figures show the forecast for
the next 48 and 72 hours respectively.

The calculation of the weather forecast only based on the barometric pressure
only results in a maximum accuracy of about 70-75% for the next 24 hours.
Therefore, the weather may be completely different on the next day.
As the measured air pressure is only valid for a region with a diameter of approx.
50 km, the weather may change quickly. This is especially true in hilly or
mountainous locations.
Therefore, don't depend on the weather forecast of the weather station, but
inform yourself locally when you would like to hike in the mountains, for example.

In case of sudden or larger air pressure fluctuations, the display symbols are
updated to indicate the weather change. If the display symbols do not change,
either the air pressure did not change or the change occurred so gradually that
it cannot be registered by the weather station.
