User's Manual for Medical Exam Tables
This table has been designed to be used as an examination, treatment and/or therapy table. This model is not to be fitted with wheels/rollers.
Nominal load capacity: 400 kg static load, 135 kg moving load. This information is to be carefully stored near each exam table in such a manner that it is easily
accessible to each user. New employees are to be familiarized with the content of these instructions.
The illustrations of the table components only show the principals of assembly and are in no way a realistic depiction of the actual components.
Basic Instructions. The herein described parts are only loose in the packaging if they have not been preassembled. Please never use an electric screwdriver or ratchet
wrench as the parts are not designed for this and could be ruined. Insert all of the screws by hand first and then tighten them cross-wise so that the parts can be optimally
positioned to fit together. If these instructions are not heeded, we can determine whether or not the parts have been damaged due to improper assembly. In this case the
customer is liable for the cost of replacement parts.

In order to protect the padding
material, turn the table over with
the assistance of another person!
While turning the table over,
insure that the head section is
grasped by the frame.

Before assembly, align the threaded bolts
(A) in the frame with the long axis of the
frame rail.
Then assemble the leg pieces, first hand-
tightening the bolts and then tightening
them cross-wise with a wrench.
Finally, click the headpiece adjustment
mechanism (see illustration, right) into place
while the table is still positioned as pictured.

by inserting it and pulling it
upward.
