Tourniquet
Dear buyer! Thank you for choosing a KaWe product. Our products are known for high quality
and durability. This KaWe device complies with the provisions of Regulation EU 2017/745 (Eu-
ropean Regulation on Medical Devices), whereby it is classified as a medical product of class 1.
Please carefully consider this instruction and read all the provisions
prior to use. Follow the maintenance recommendations.
Application: Only qualified medical professionals can use the tourniquet.
Group of patients with indications for use: All
Intended use: To stop the venous blood flow to draw blood from the vein.
Service: Place the tourniquet loop in the desired place around the limb. The connection is
reliable after you hear a click (see page 2, fig. 1). The desired compression pressure is adjusted
by tightening the free opposite end of the band (see page 2, fig. 2). Avoid pinching the skin
with the tourniquet. To remove the tourniquet, press the release button on the latch (see page
2, fig. 3) - the tourniquet will immediately loosen.
Improper use /contraindications to the use of the product: Any other use of
use outside the above intended use shall be considered improper. The manufacturer is not
responsible for damage resulting from such use. In this case, only the operator assumes all
risks.
