Warranty
What is the warranty on my product?
The Customer benefits from an extension of the legal warranty (compliance and hidden defects)
for the duration appearing on the packaging and/or on the instructions. The original receipt,
invoice or delivery slip in the case of online purchases will be required as proof of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty is valid in the context of normal use of the product. It therefore covers defects
attributable to materials and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects resulting from non-compliance with the transport and/or storage and/or installation
requirements,
- Abnormal or improper use of the products. In this respect, the Seller asks you to carefully
consult the instructions for use supplied with the products,
- Routine maintenance operations (sharpening, cleaning, etc.) are not part of the commercial
warranty - The use of non-compliant cleaning products; refer to the product manual -
Replacement of consumables (batteries etc.),
- The parts of certain products subject to normal wear and tear related to their use (for example:
blades etc.),
- Damage due to the intervention of an unauthorized repairer,
- Damage resulting from a cause external to the device (for example, an accident, impact,
lightning, current fluctuation, etc.)
- Any equipment where the nameplate is missing, damaged or illegible, thereby rendering its
identification impossible.
Should the product not be repaired under the warranty, an estimate can be provided. Should the
Customer refuse this estimate, expert consultancy fees may be invoiced to you. If the quote is
approved, a check made payable to the Seller and corresponding to the amount of the quote, will
be sent to the Seller.
Should the warranty be improperly applied, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer with
the processing fees.
How do you make a claim under the warranty?
Upon presentation of the proof of purchase (original receipt or original invoice), the store will
send the Customer's request to the After-Sales service for repair, exchange or other (subject to
acceptance of the file after verification of the cause of the damage).
