Mulching with the mulch kit
When mulching, the grass cuttings are not collected, but are left on the lawn. The
grass mulch prevents the soil from drying out, and supplies it with nutrients.
The best results are obtained by cutting back regularly by about 2cm.Only young
grass with a soft leaf texture decomposes quickly.
Inserting the mulch kit (19)
WARNING !
Insert/remove the mulch kit only with the motor switched off and
when the mower blade has come to a standstill.
--Open the rear flap (13) and hold it in position.
--Remove the grass bag (14) if necessary
--Insert the mulch kit (21) into the rear discharge. Ensure the mulching kit lock into
place
Removing the mulch kit
--Lift the rear flap
--Lift the mulch kit to release and remove the mulching kit
NOTE: If the mulch kit is not locked into position, both the mulch insert
and the mower blade may be damaged.
