Safety instructions for safety
goggles
The lenses and frames of these safety
goggles are not unbreakable.
Use these goggles only to protect your
eyes from moderate impact and flying
particles
Handle the product with care. Shocks,
blows, or even falling from a low
height can damage the product.
• Check the safety goggles frequently
for damage. Coatings and scratches
on the lenses restrict vision and thus no
longer guarantee complete protection.
No parts of these goggles are replace-
able or exchangeable. If any part of
the goggles is found to be unusable,
the entire product should be discarded.
Optical class 3 lenses are not intended
for long-term use.
People with extremely sensitive skin
may suffer from allergies caused by
the material when it comes into contact
with the skin. If this happens, remove
the glasses immediately and seek
medical attention
Safety goggles worn over prescription
glasses can be a hazard due to trans-
mission of shocks.
Clear glasses offer no protection
against glare from the sun.
These goggles do not protect against:
high impact / laser radiation / infec-
tious material / explosives / molten
metal / chemical splashes / welding
radiation, etc. If any of these hazards
apply, you must use additional suitable
protective equipment
If S, F, B, and A symbols on lenses do
not match the ones on the frames, the
lower of the symbols must be adopted as
the factor for the overall eye protection.
The letter T immediately after the
strength symbol allows the use for high-
energy particles with extremely high
temperatures. If the T-designation is miss-
ing, ambient temperature is assumed.
